Mr. Kanhaiyalalji T. Suthar is the Founder & Chairman of Shiva Cranes Pvt Ltd and the visionary behind the company’s growth and development. With over 35 years of experience in the crane and material handling industry, he established the foundation of the company with a strong commitment to engineering excellence, reliability, and quality manufacturing.
Through dedication, technical expertise, and deep industry knowledge, he successfully transformed a small-scale operation into a growing crane manufacturing enterprise. His leadership and strong engineering values continue to guide the company’s philosophy and long-term vision.

Hasmukh Suthar, B.E. (Mechanical), serves as the Managing Director and CEO of Shiva Cranes Pvt Ltd, leading the company’s strategic operations and business development. He oversees client relations, project planning, quotations, and financial management to ensure the smooth execution of every project. With a strong educational background in mechanical engineering and expertise in mechanical design and engineering planning, he plays a key role in delivering reliable and efficient crane solutions. His leadership ensures seamless coordination between engineering, production, and client requirements.
Through his vision and operational management, Shiva Cranes continues to deliver high-quality material handling solutions across various industrial sectors.
Shravan Suthar
Director – Production & Manufacturing

Shravan Suthar, B.E. (Mechanical), serves as the Director – Production & Manufacturing at Shiva Cranes Pvt Ltd, overseeing the manufacturing and structural development of crane systems. He is responsible for structural beam and gantry design planning, load calculations, and production execution at the manufacturing plant. With a strong educational background in mechanical engineering and expertise in crane structural engineering, he ensures that every component meets strength, safety, and performance standards. Shravan also manages plant operations and supervises the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
His leadership ensures precision manufacturing and high structural reliability in every crane produced.
Jitendra Suthar
Director – Electrical Design & Control Systems

Jitendra Suthar, B.E. (Electrical & Electronics Engineering), M.Tech (Automation & Control), leads the Electrical Systems & Automation division at Shiva Cranes Pvt. Ltd., overseeing the design and development of advanced crane control panels and electrical architectures. He is responsible for the selection, integration, and procurement of critical electrical components that ensure safe, efficient, and reliable crane operations. With strong expertise in industrial control systems and automation technologies, he plays a key role in implementing high-performance electrical solutions tailored for EOT, Goliath, and other material-handling cranes. Jitendra Suthar also manages vendor coordination, quality standards, and system optimization to maintain the company’s commitment to engineering excellence.
His focus on precision, safety, and innovation ensures that every crane delivered meets the highest standards of operational performance and reliability.
